What you can expect:

 

  • You will get a confirmation text after booking your appointment

  • You will get another confirmation the night before scheduled date with the tech's name

  • The day of the appointment, you will receive a text when the tech is on their way

  • All repairs are backed by a 90 day guarantee

We do require someone over the age of 18 to be present at the home and payment to be onsite. The diagnostic fee is $109, ($94 if booked online) but that is put towards the repair.
